Smoking is forbidden in the whole house, which is equipped with a smoke and monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.
Pets are welcome at no charge: we will provide a bowls mat, a towel, and a small bedsheet for them.
Pets cannot be left alone in the house: if needed, a dog/cat sitting service can be requested in advance.
